Balinese Workshop
with Noopur Singha
Saturdays, March 10th to March 31st
12-3pm
$80 for 4 sessions prepaid OR $25 per session.
This course will focus on the basic vocabulary of Balinese Dance. A variety of techniques and styles will be sampled. Emphasis will be on the individual and working each body as a whole expressive system, as well as providing the mental tools for technical proficiency. Please wear stretch pants and sarong if you have one or other comfortable dance clothes. This dance style is performed by men and women.
Participants in the workshop are encouraged to attend the March 3rd RASA BALI performance at Lotus as well. Tickets available online.
Lotus Membership ($15 annual fee) is required for discounted prepaid rate. All sales are final, no refunds will be issued.
